Policies

--1. THE CLIENT hires the services of THE TRAINER to bring training services to his/her dog.

--2. The dog must have all vaccination records up to date.

--3. Classes are approximately 35 minutes long.

--4. The client must pay all services in full in one complete payment. This payment must be paid on or before the first training session.

--5. There are no refunds for payments made.

--6. All scheduled classes can be cancelled or rescheduled twenty four (24) hours prior to the session. All unattended, missed or uncancelled classes before this 24 session is considered taken and cannot be made up.

--7. The owner of the dog must attend every training session.

--8. If the owner does not practice the dog between training sessions, or does not follow the trainer's instructions and/or assignments, the trainer is not responsible for the dog's progress or lack thereof.

--9. The owner is completely responsible for his/her dog. If the dog harms another animal or person, the owner is completely responsible for the consecuences of the dog's actions.
